Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused and original condition.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories and included components must be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing visible signs of use may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.
